Parking at Prom

There is a 300 space parking lot on the grounds of the ballroom - parking is free. The layout and proximity of the property allows for easy limousine drop-off and pick-up service. It is conveniently located with access to I-85.

Tickets are non-refundable.

All dates must be under 21 years of age.

GoFan ticket and picture ID must be shown at the door for admission.

IMPORTANT PROM 2026 HANDOUT - MUST READ!

PARENTS AND STUDENTS:

1) Prom 2026 will be held Saturday, March 28th 8-11pm at The Ballroom at The Carlos Center 2500
Clairmont Rd, Atlanta, GA 30329.

*** Brookwood High School is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. ***

NO dates over the age of 20 will be allowed into Prom!

2) DRESS CODE: Formal attire is required for entry into the prom. Students dressed informally will not be admitted. Boys and girls both must be MODESTLY dressed.

3) In order to attend prom, you and your date must have purchased a prom ticket on GoFan. You must have your GoFan ticket on your phone ready to be validated at the door. Screen shots of tickets WILL NOT be accepted!

4) CHECK-IN: Go to the registration table, tell the adult your name, and show your student/picture ID and your GoFan ticket. YOU & YOUR DATE MUST HAVE A PICTURE ID!!

5) Anyone exhibiting signs of intoxication or possessing alcohol or drugs will be arrested by local authorities. You will be taken to a local jail, where you will have to be picked up by a parent/guardian.

6) LEAVING: Once you leave the prom, you will not be allowed to reenter the prom for any reason.

To Enter, Students Must:

SHOW THEIR ID AND GOFAN TICKET

-Students who misplaced their school ID should visit the Media Center for a replacement for $5. Students new to BHS who did not receive an ID will not be charged a fee. Allow at least 24 hours.

-Students must have their actual GoFan ticket that can be validated at the door - no screen shots will be accepted!
